Winter Workout Part 1: Baseball Strength & Agility Classes
We’re excited to partner with St. Luke’s West End to offer Strength and Agility Classes for middle school students (grades 6-8 - Midget and Knee-Hi Teams)!
This program will include:
Performance Testing: Broad jump, vertical jump, pro agility, 10-yard and 40-yard dash
Speed & Agility Training
Plyometrics and Strength Training
Warm-ups and Mobility/Flexibility Exercises to prevent injury and promote recovery
Class Schedule:
Mondays: 6-7 PM
Fridays: 5-6 PM
The first session starts November 4 and runs through December 23, 2024.
Cost: $85 total (payable at St. Luke’s).

How to Register: Please register by going in person to St. Lukes West End Campus. Late registrants welcome.

Field Night Open House
Join us for our super fun Summer Field Night Open House! Explore our facilities, hang out with our amazing volunteers and coaches, and munch on some tasty treats from our snack stand (we've got a few dinner specials TBA! We accept Venmo and Cash). Bring your gear and get ready to rock some skills and drills. Meet our cool players and dive into the fun with a kickball or wiffle ball game. Come with questions, leave with smiles. Can't wait to see you there!
